• Calculating and Managing Schedule Variances (SV); Cost Variances (CV), Variance at Completion (VAC), Schedule Performance Indices (SPI); Cost Performance Indices (CPI) and TCPI (To Complete Performance Index)
• Identifying Variances and providing corrective actions

**CORPORATE ONSITE/ONLINE TRAINING ALL CORPORATE ONLINE TRAINING MUST BE PRE‐APPROVED ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE OF TRAINING AND REQUIRES A MINIMUM  OF 100 PARTICIPANTS; AND A MINIMUM OF 1000 (ONE THOUSAND) PARTICIPANTS IS REQUIRED FOR ONSITE TRAINING IN THE USA AND CANADA. ONLINE CORPORATE TRAINING

A minimum of 100 registered participants is required for online training in the USA.

ONSITE TRAINING VIA DISTANCE LEARNING MODE

A minimum of100 registered participants is required for onsite training via Distance Learning mode in and outside the USA. Training is delivered via the Internet with a Live instructor for 2 days (8 hours per day). Training is delivered in English Language. All participants must have a working knowledge of English
