ABOUT
CAEVM™:
The Certified Associate In Earned Value Management™ CAEVM™
credential certification program is a
project management and earned value management skills and competencies building program designed to
develop the basic knowledge base of project personnel in the application of
project management and earned value management theory utilized on projects. Numerous practical examples, case
studies and best practices are used throughout this program. Upon completion of this
program, participants will be able to Develop Project Plans, Develop Work
Break Down Structures (WBS), Understand Project Scheduling Techniques and
Identify Network Paths; Identify Different Organizational Structures &
Types, Stakeholder Responsibilities & Roles; Implement Risk Management,
Quality Assurance & Earned Value.
Effective Project Management and Earned Value Management (EVM) is essential to the successful delivery and
rollout of any project on time, within budget and within technical scope.
CAEVM™ PROGRAM DURATION:
Three (3) Days
EXAMINATION:
On day three, participants will take a 2 hour
examination based on one hundred (100) questions. You need to have a score
of eighty percent (80%) to pass and attain the Certified Associate In Earned
Value Management™ CAEVM™ credential certification.
You are expected to complete
solutions to a number of case studies.
CAEVM™
PDUs:
Participants will need to complete 48 Professional Development
Units (PDUS) over a three year period to maintain the CAEVM™.

Certified Associate In Earned Value Management™ CAEVM™ is a prerequisite for EVMI®201: Earned Value Management Professional®
EVMP® Credential Certification; EVMI® 202 Bachelor's Certificate in Project Management™, BCPM™; and EVMI® 203 Risk & Quality Management Professional®, RQMP®.
