DURATION: 2 DAYS
Project Management Fundamentals Course. This course is designed to develop the basic knowledge base of
project personnel in the application of project management theory and PMBOK®
guidelines. The course focuses on basic project management principles
that span across the breadth of what embodies the PMBOK®. Practical examples, case studies and best practices are used to
further increase Project Management knowledge base. Upon completion of this
course students will be able to Develop Project Plans, Prepare Project Charters,
Develop Work Break Down Structures, Understand Project Scheduling Techniques,
Identify Network Schedules & Critical Paths, Identify Organizational Structures
& Types, Stakeholder Responsibilities & Roles,
Risks Management, Quality Assurance Technique & Earned Value Basics.
