We began our journey in early 2007 on a quest to globally end cost over runs and schedule delays which are so prevalent and pervasive in our projects and programs today. Projects around the globe are constantly at risk from cost overruns and schedule delays every year if the proper training, awareness, management controls, transparency and oversight are not put into place.
