Practical Insights Gained From EVMI® Business Case Method:
One of the
many distinctive features of training at EVMI® is the use of business case
studies. This active and proactive learning method among many others, teaches
the participant to analyze, study, respond and act to complex project issues.
These real life case study methods develops problem solving skills, provokes
thought, develops critical thinking and assesses the leadership potential within
each program participant.
EVMI® Global Curriculum:
Our
globally interconnected economy requires astute project leadership to
communicate and share project information in real time across time zones and
national boundaries; and across diverse teams that reflect many cultures and
viewpoints. Our program materials highlight and specifically address some of the
global changes and challenges that impact projects and programs.
Diverse Participant Mix Enriches Classroom Experience:
EVMI® program participants come from diverse backgrounds, companies and
organizations. This unique blend and vibrant mix of participants from different
functions, industries, countries and international organizations enriches the

bio-medical researcher, risk manager, telecommunications analyst, international
development economist, corporate vice president, a lawyer, CPA accountant,
