(c) Have over Fifteen Years of Earned Value Management (EVM), Project Controls and Project Management Experience in Industry or Government or Both;

(d) Have implemented several compliant ANSI-EIA 748-B Earned Value Management Industry Standards on very large, complex and high dollar, multimillion/multibillion valued, programs and projects;

(e) Have taught in Graduate Programs at Accredited Universities and or at Community Colleges in the USA and abroad
