regardless of their industry domain or solution delivery. The curriculum will
have a lasting effect on the way you manage projects at an executive and senior

projects successfully through start to finish, without schedule delays and cost
overruns.
The CEVO® program introduces the use of P3D® President's Projects
Portfolio Dashboard® which covers the monthly status summary rollup reporting
tool on schedule, cost and risks; and provides hands-on techniques to enable
better EVM metrics, and performance reporting. CEVO® topics include: Advanced
Cost Estimating Techniques; Managing Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB);

Maturity Assessments, Compliance and Validation; Ensuring Integrated Baseline
Review (IBR) Success; Integrating EVM Across Project Management Processes;
