CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager® credential certification covers the most comprehensive and detailed training program in industry today on how to effectively build, manage and control your Control Accounts on your projects/programs and deliver successful outcomes. CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager® provides you with the strategies, skills, know-how, competencies, best practices and methods on how to get your control accounts and deliverables planned, executed, monitored and controlled within budget, on time, and within top quality. EVMI® Earned Value Management Institute®’s CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager®  Credential Certification program is 40 hours in duration (36 hours of class room instruction and successful completion of a 4 four hour exam on Day 5).

CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager® prepares and tests the participant’s knowledge, skills and competencies in ten advanced areas/domains. CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager® certifies knowledge and competencies in setting up Control Accounts and Control Account Plans on Projects & Programs; Program Finance & Budgeting; Control Account Management; Control Account Manager functions and duties; Advanced Project and Program Management; Project Controls; Scheduling; Risk Management; Earned Value Management (EVM); Quality Management; Fraud Prevention & Detection; ANSI-EIA-748-B Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Industry Standards; Compliance with Federal Regulations on EVMS; and CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager® Integrity, Ethics and Professional Responsibility.

CCAM® BRIEFCASE™:

During the 5 day course, participants will develop their own CCAM® Briefcase™ which includes tools, documents and plans required to successfully manage their control accounts. The CCAM® Briefcase™ includes the CCAM® Certified Control Account Manager® notebook; CCAM® Control Account Plans (CAPs); CCAM® Risk Management Plan; and many others.

The CCAM Briefcase™ is used by all CCAM's to manage and effectively manage, monitor, and control  all Control Accounts on their projects and programs.
